操作方法
第一步：打开我的电脑，找到hosts文件 。路径为：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
第二步：以记事本的格式打开hosts文件。没有记事本也可以以word形式打开。
第三步：把hosts这两句话，删掉就好了0.0.0.0 dlied1.11.com ，0.0.0.0 down.qq.com
第四步：如果第三步没有效果的话，那么把hosts先拷贝一份，然后清除掉hosts里的内容，然后复制下面这段话： # Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp. # # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows. # # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names.
