操作方法
Shop assistant 营业员： Can I help you？我能帮你吗？ Customer 顾客： No，thanks. I'm just looking.不，谢谢。我只是随便看看。 场景状态：顾客经过展示柜台前，稍有停顿，营业员就会主动上前打招呼。以上对话是应对这种场景的礼貌用语。而Window shopping从字面上看也是指不买什么东西，就在大街上随便逛逛（Windows是指橱窗），但这种说法不宜和营业员直接说（有点调侃的味道）。
Shop assistant 营业员： What can I do for you？我能为你做什么？ Customer 顾客： I want a pair of brown socks.我想要一双棕色的袜子。 袜子是一双的，所以一双袜子是以a pair of 称呼。
Shop assistant 营业员： Can I help you？我能帮你吗？ Customer 顾客： Yes，I'm looking for a black belt.是的，我在找一条黑色皮带。 I'm=I am，顾客的这句话是现在进行式（I am+look ing）。
Shop assistant 营业员： There you are. Anything else？这个给你，还有其他的吗？ Customer 顾客： No，thanks. That's all.不，谢谢。这就是全部。
Shop assistant 营业员： Is this cardigan appropriate?这件开衫是否合适？ Customer 顾客： Can I try these on，please？我能试穿一下吗？
Shop assistant 营业员： Are you right？可以吗？ Customer 顾客： It's too big . Could I have a smaller one，please？这个太大了 。 是否有再小一点的？ small 小，后面加er就是比较级。
Shop assistant 营业员： Can I help you？ Customer 顾客： Yes.How much is this，please？（单数）是的，请问这个要多少钱？ Yes.How much are they，please？（复数）
