操作方法
打开Eclipse，点击菜单栏的window，点击下拉菜单中的preferences。
进入下图的层级结构General-Workspace，将Text file encoding设置为utf-8
进入下图的层级结构General-Editors-Text Editors-Spelling，将encoding设置为utf-8
进入下图的层级结构Data Management-Sql Development-Execution Plan View Options，将export encoding设置为utf-8
进入下图的层级结构Data Management-Sql Development-SQL Results View Options，将default output encoding设置为utf-8
进入下图的层级结构PyDev-Interactive Console，将encoding for interactive console设置为utf-8,如果没有PyDev，就不用设置
进入下图的层级结构web-css files,将Encoding设置为如图所示
进入下图的层级结构web-html files,将Encoding设置为如图所示
