too many 意为“太多”，中心词是many,用法与many相同，用来修饰可数名词复数。例如： There are too many apples on the tree. 树上有太多的苹果。
too much 意为“太多”，中心词是much,用法与much相同，用来修饰不可数名词。也可以用作副词或代词。例如： We 've had too much rain lately. 最近我们这里的雨下得太多了。 Watching TV is too much bad for your eyes. 电视看得太多对你的眼睛有害。 You've given me too much. 你给我的太多了。
